Keith Urban And Stevie Nicks Duet In Nashville On New Year's Eve

Keith Urban headlined Nashville's annual New Year's Eve show for the fourth consecutive year at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park.

This year to ring in the new decade, Urban collaborated with the two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame icon Stevie Nicks. The two teamed up for a performance of Nicks' famous duet with Tom Petty, "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" along with "Second Hand News" and "Edge Of 17."

"This feels like the beginning of a da*n fine year," Urban exclaimed to the crowd. "Stevie Nicks just joined our band."

In addition to Nicks' surprise appearance, the 2019 CMA Awards New Artist Of The Year winner, Ashley McBryde also joined Urban. She joined the band for a performance of her Grammy Award-nominated song "Girl Goin' Nowhere" followed by a cover of Wynonna Judd's "Nowhere Else On Earth."

"There's only one song I could think to close out my 2019," McBryde said before diving into "Nowhere Else On Earth."

Jason Isbell, The Struts, Amanda Shires, Bren Joy, Kalie Shorr, DJ Dave Audé and the Fisk Jubilee also performed at the event.

Following his energy packed evening celebrating 2019 and welcoming 2020, Urban took to social media to share photos and videos from the night. In the first video posted he thanks his fans and everyone who came out saying he had "the best time tonight."

In the next post, he shared a video with footage from the evening followed by a series of snapshots featuring McBryde and Nicks. "Happy New Year! 2020 is going to be fun!" Urban writes in the caption.
