  EDWARDS PLATEAU...HILL COUNTRY AND ADJACENT AREAS OF SOUTH

  CENTRAL TEXAS INCLUDING THE AUSTIN AREA THROUGH THE MORNING

  AND EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS.

 * MAIN IMPACT...DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS.

 * OTHER IMPACTS...ICY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP...

  MAINLY OVER EXPOSED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. A

  FEW SOLID SURFACES OVER THE NORTHERN HILL COUNTRY COULD

  BRIEFLY BECOME ICY AROUND DAYBREAK FRIDAY.
